Student Accounts begin with a 90-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. Users may cancel at any time before renewal.
StudyHome365 Pro is $20/year, billed annually. StudyHome365 Student is $50/year for verified students (.edu email or admin approval), billed annually. Free trials are offered during the beta period: a 90-day Founding Family trial and a 30-day standard trial. Trials convert to a paid subscription or read-only mode. During beta, the FOUNDERS20 code offers a one-time $20 lifetime Founding Family Bundle. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card or approved digital payment services.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Renewal notifications are sent 30 days prior to billing. Users may disable auto-renewal at any time from their account settings or the Stripe customer portal.
Refunds may be issued only when: a billing error occurs, duplicate charges are identified, or a user cancels within 7 days of renewal. For all other cases, cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund past payments.
If payment fails, the account enters a grace period and access to premium features may be limited. After 60 days of non-payment, the account may be closed.

Non-payment or failed billing attempts may result in temporary suspension, loss of access to Planner, Attendance, Community, Portfolio, and Academy, and permanent closure after 60 days of non-payment.
