This governance policy applies to all users of StudyHome365.com and StudyHome365 Academy™, including Students, Parents, Teachers, Administrators, and Contractors. All users are subject to the access controls, role-based workflows, and intellectual property protections described herein.
StudyHome365 Academy™ is accessible exclusively through StudyHome365.com. There are no standalone Academy accounts. All authentication is managed through the main platform, and users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Each user type (Student, Parent, Teacher, Administrator, Contractor) follows its designated workflow. Menu items, modules, and tools not applicable to a user's role are automatically hidden from the interface. These restrictions are enforced at both the frontend (navigation filtering, UI visibility) and backend (authorization layers, role-based access controls) to prevent unauthorized access to features or data outside a user's assigned role.
All original content, software code, platform architecture, user interface elements, documentation, and proprietary educational materials contained within StudyHome365™ and StudyHome365 Academy™ are the exclusive intellectual property of Hashtag Thrift LLC and are protected under applicable United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
The platform references third-party academic materials, case law, and research solely for educational purposes under the principles of fair use. All third-party content remains the property of its respective authors, publishers, and rights holders. StudyHome365™ does not claim ownership of any external copyrighted works.
StudyHome365™, StudyHome365 Academy™, and TrailerHub™ are trademarks of Hashtag Thrift LLC. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation of these marks is strictly prohibited.
Violations of this governance policy, including unauthorized access attempts, role circumvention, intellectual property infringement, or trademark misuse, may result in account suspension, account termination, and legal action by Hashtag Thrift LLC.
