This Privacy Policy describes how Hashtag Thrift LLC ("we", "our", or "us") collects, stores, processes, and protects user data on StudyHome365.com and StudyHome365 Academy™ in accordance with applicable Florida and federal law. By using the platform, you consent to the practices described herein.

Account information: Name, email address, and assigned role (Student, Parent, Teacher, Administrator, or Contractor).

Educational progress data: Lessons completed, assignments, attendance records, portfolio submissions, and curriculum activity.

Support requests: Help tickets, chat messages, and associated metadata submitted through the Support Center.

Platform usage analytics: Aggregate, de-identified usage data used to improve platform features and performance.

Payment information: Where applicable, payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

We process data on the following legal bases: user consent, contractual necessity to provide the service, legitimate educational interest, and compliance with legal obligations under applicable federal and Florida law.

We protect user data through encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, secure authentication, regular security audits, and vendor compliance verification. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel with a legitimate need.

Users have the right to access their data, request corrections, request deletion where legally permissible, restrict processing, and obtain a copy of their data. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 10.

User data is never sold. Data is shared only with authorized staff, contracted service providers bound by confidentiality obligations, and regulatory authorities when required by law.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for educational, operational, or legal purposes. Users may delete their account and associated data at any time from Settings → Account → "Delete my account."

In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and authorities in accordance with Florida Statutes §501.171 and applicable federal law.

We handle data related to minors in accordance with COPPA and FERPA principles. Parental or institutional authorization is required for minors using the platform. Parents or guardians manage all data entered about their children.
