Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StudyHome365™ platform, applications, services, and content ("Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. StudyHome365™ is owned and operated by Hashtag Thrift LLC, the exclusive rights holder of all platform trademarks, branding, and proprietary materials.

StudyHome365 accounts may be created by parents or guardians, teachers or educational professionals, students (high school, college, law school, or independent learners), and administrators authorized by institutions. Users must provide accurate information and maintain the security of their account credentials.

StudyHome365 offers four account types: Parent, Teacher, Student, and Admin. Each account type includes specific features and limitations described in the platform documentation and the Account Comparison chart.

StudyHome365™ Student Account

A Student Account is an individual user account intended for learners who use the platform's academic tools, planning systems, and educational resources. A Student Account is available to high-school students, college students, law students, and adult learners seeking structured academic support.

Permitted use: The Planner for scheduling and study management, Attendance Logging (tardy, late, excused, sick), the Community learning space, the Portfolio system, and the Academy learning modules. These features must be used for personal education, study organization, and knowledge reinforcement.

Restrictions: Student Account users may not use the platform for commercial instruction, share login credentials, distribute platform content outside fair-use educational contexts, or attempt to reverse-engineer or modify platform systems.

Duration & Renewal: Student Accounts include a 90-day free trial and annual renewal at $50 thereafter. Continued use requires maintaining an active subscription.

Termination: Hashtag Thrift LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate Student Accounts for violations of platform rules, abuse of community features, or unauthorized redistribution of content.

Users may access StudyHome365 for educational activities, study planning, attendance tracking, portfolio building, community participation, and curriculum engagement. Users may not use the platform for commercial instruction, redistribute proprietary content, attempt to reverse-engineer or modify platform systems, or harass or harm other users in the community.

All original content, software, UI elements, documentation, and proprietary educational materials are the exclusive property of Hashtag Thrift LLC. Third-party content referenced within the platform remains the property of its respective rights holders. See the Legal Compliance Suite for full copyright, trademark, and fair-use notices.

StudyHome365 Pro is $20/year. StudyHome365 Student is $50/year for verified students (a valid .edu email or admin-approved eligibility). Free trials are offered during the beta period: a 90-day Founding Family trial for early adopters, and a 30-day standard trial thereafter. Trials convert to a paid subscription or read-only mode when they end. During beta, the FOUNDERS20 code offers a one-time $20 lifetime Founding Family Bundle to qualifying founding families. Parent Account users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information they enter about their children. StudyHome365 is a parent-managed tool for family records; children do not create accounts.

StudyHome365 is an organizational tool, not a school or legal advisor. We make no guarantee that records produced meet any specific state or jurisdiction's compliance requirements.

Nothing in the app constitutes legal, educational, or compliance advice. Consult a qualified professional for your specific situation.

StudyHome365 may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, abuse of platform features, non-payment, or unauthorized redistribution of content. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account → "Delete my account".

User data is handled in accordance with the StudyHome365 Privacy Policy.

StudyHome365 is provided for educational and demonstrative purposes. No warranties are made regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudyHome365 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
