By creating an account or using StudyHome365, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts are for parents or guardians managing their family's homeschool records.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. Google sign-in is used for authentication.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you enter about your children. StudyHome365 is a parent-managed tool; children do not create accounts.

StudyHome365 is an organizational tool, not a school or legal advisor. We make no guarantee that records produced meet any specific state or jurisdiction's compliance requirements.

Nothing in the app constitutes legal, educational, or compliance advice. Consult a qualified professional for your specific situation.

You agree not to misuse the app, enter unlawful content, or infringe others' rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Some features require a paid Pro subscription. Fees are disclosed at checkout. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time.

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account → "Delete my account". We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudyHome365 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
